At City Centre there is a Mexican place in the food court that I guess would resemble a taco bell. The nachos had both shredded chesse and the plastic, orange liquid that they put on the "nachos" at the movie theatre. Lots of veggies and hot peppers. I think there was sour cream.
Bang for buck, the best nachos here so far....
This blog is about nachos. And admitting we have a problem.

Onion Station
Don Cherry's is our "Go-to" spot. The ingredients are distributed in a reasonable manner. The only thing I don't like about them is that they put the salsa right on the chips. I don't like this for two reasons. The first being that the salsa will eventually render the chips soggy. No one likes that. The second being that the salsa contains onions. Myself and Turpin always request "no onions" for smell/taste purposes. You cannot remove onions from salsa without unreasonable effort.
Guacamole would be nice too. But like my co-worker Dwight would say, "Ya can't have it all, me buddy."

eggs in a pizza
This isn't about nachos.
Peter made eggs in a hole for breakfast this morning.
Except.
Instead of using bread, he used pizza.
I have mixed feelings about it.
It tasted fine, it just looked unappealing.

Breakfast nachos
I made breakfast nachos this morning.
This involved scrambling eggs with cheese and salsa, and serving them over tortilla chips, and under guacamole.
I think this is an improvement over Peter's original plan to put the chips in with the uncooked eggs before scrambling them.

Jungle Jim's
While the deck was nice, Jungle Jim's uses a microwave and terrible cheese when making nachos.
